The king room with a balcony was nice, and I enjoyed the quick access to local food places. Spending time on the balcony added a nice touch to our stay.

Great outdoor spaces

the WiFi was down most of my stay, which is unexcusable in this day and age. also, the lack of central AC was a huge letdown, making the room feel like an oven sometimes. I really thought I might get an upgrade as a courtesy but, alas, I guess they reserve those for other guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, I encountered some issues during my stay. The WiFi was mostly down, making it hard for me to stay connected. Additionally, the air conditioning system was not central, resulting in an uncomfortable heat in certain areas of the room. I had hoped for a more comfortable experience.

The hotel provided excellent customer service throughout my stay, especially at the front desk where the staff was very helpful.

The staff was friendly! The accommodating front desk helped make our stay more enjoyable with timely service and helpful responses.

The lack of hot water in the mornings was disappointing. Thin walls made it hard to enjoy any peace and quiet during the stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The recently updated king room was super comfortable for our family, and the bistro served a delicious salad that hit the spot after a long day. We even explored Frankie's Fun Park nearby, which was a blast for the teens.

My kids wished the breakfast options could be more family-friendly.

The location is super close to the airport, just 10 minutes away, so it was convenient for my travels.

I loved the whirlpool tub in my room. it was such a nice surprise! The pool area was inviting but I found the breakfast options very basic. 🍳

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 3 nights. The beds were super comfy, and I loved how spacious the room felt. It was nice to have a working desk with free Wi-Fi too. No microwaves in the room was a bit of a bummer, and breakfast could have had better options. Still, the service at the bistro was friendly and attentive, which was a highlight.

It was just a well-suited match for a transient stop in Greenville with outstanding value. The Starbucks on-site was convenient, although my drink order had a mix-up. Check in late to avoid the rush in the morning to the dining area.
